Pack Your Item: Safely pack the item(s) you're returning in their original packaging or a similar secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping: Arrange the shipping of the item(s) to the address provided by our customer support team. Please include the RMA number on the packaging.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within a reasonable time frame.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Exchanges will be processed promptly, and the replacement item(s) will be shipped to you as soon as possible.
Return Shipping Costs
- While we're happy to assist with returns due to defects or errors on our part, we kindly request customers to cover the return shipping costs for other reasons, such as change of mind or ordering the wrong item.
