5. Shipping: Arrange the shipping of the item(s) to the address provided by our customer support team. Please include the RMA number on the packaging.

Refunds and Exchanges

• Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within a reasonable time frame.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Exchanges will be processed promptly, and the replacement item(s) will be shipped to you as soon as possible.
